The asbestos report may recommend that asbestos removal is required rather than encapsulation. When removing asbestos containing materials it is essential you have been trained and are competent when working with asbestos. With over 5,000 deaths a year due to asbestos related ilnesses it is never worth the risk.

The approximate asbestos roof removal cost is around £500-£600 for a standard garage roof. This cost for asbestos roof removal can either go up or down depending on the quantity of asbestos, accesability and condition of the asbestos.
